We had a very positive experience purchasing our new RAV 4, 2026. Nico Childs-Allen made us feel like family. The positive experience continued thru the finance department. The only negative is something beyond their control was the amount of paperwork. The electronic signing did make even this process more enjoyable. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle. We live two and a half hours away. It was worth the drive.

I have been shopping around for the better part of 6 months to find my next vehicle. Tess was very helpful getting me setup with an appointment to look at the rav4's. Then Kelvin was my salesman when I got to the lot. He was not pushy, and I felt he helped me make an informed decision. Would absolutely do business with Vann York again. Kelvin has made a customer for life. Financing with Russell was also very easy, he gave me my options and was able to explain them in a concise matter. Most pleasurable buying experience for me, the early 2000's was the last time I was so satisfied with the buying process. Thank you all very much!! I will be recommending you guys if I know anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Their price is considerably less than other dealerships and the service afterward is fast and efficient. I will likely trade cars every year at this dealership. I will add that this Toyota dealer is far different from others in the region.

First, I just want to take a moment to brag on Mr. Nathaniel Rogers, service director at Mike Johnson Hickory Toyota, who delivers to his customers what I refer to as, Chick-Fil A customer service; I think it safe to say that not many fast-food restaurants come close to exemplifying such exceptional customer satisfactory! Nathaniel is an honest man with good candor and integrity. His pragmatic approach allows very little room for biased decisions when dealing with complex situations. Throughout my service experience, he was very informative (keeping me updated and in the loop) responsive, and punctual. I felt heard, understood, and like a part of his Toyota family! I have been a proud Toyota owner for almost 20 years now; I’ve visited many other Toyota dealerships from Statesville to Charlotte. However, for the past 4 years, Mike Johnson has exceeded my expectations! The staff are always kind, and the waiting area is always clean and feels very warm and inviting. The environment makes the wait not feel daunting. Taking your car in for service can be a bit stressful at times, especially when the technicians come to you at every visit with a long list of needed services, with a few that you kindly decline, only to have them come back a second time with an additional service that you need, causing you to feel pressured and overwhelmed. I have never felt that way at Mike Johnson Toyota, I don’t feel like I’m being bamboozled, I know that I can trust that if my tech. I will continue to return for services and will continue referring family and friends for any auto needs! Never serving my vehicle again. Front pads scrubbing but had never been turned. They put new rotors without telling me charging $260 more than they should have. Also did not check my power steering level but checked it off as done. I stopped buying cars from them 15 years ago and now I'm completely done. I buy from Florence toyota.
